Being Here Now — An Intro to The Art of Living Mindfully (One day workshop)
This 7 hour workshop introduces mindfulness and cognitive behavioral concepts and skills useful in learning to navigate anxiety, depression and unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior that contribute to our stress and suffering. We explore inquiry, acceptance, non-attachment, compassion and non judgement using dialogue and experiential practices. Body Scan, 3 Minute Breathing Space, Mindfulness Meditation and basic yoga postures are part of the day together. Guided meditation CD is included.
