What We Offer
Our trained facilitators offer presentations, workshops and full courses in mindfulness based stress management both publicly and privately.
Our team offers Art of Living Mindfully 8 session classes regularly throughout the year for patients with stress related physical and mental health challenges, who are referred by a physician. (See our FAQ
