BCalm is proud  to continue to offer

Mindful Self Compassion (virtual) with Lisa Baylis and Mary Marcdante

Lisa Baylis

Self compassion entails being warm and understanding toward ourselves when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.  Mindful Self Compassion is an evidence based course, developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, that invites participants to cultivate these qualities of self care through discussion, connection and experiential practices.Mary Marcdante

No formal meditation experience is necessary to register and learn to embody the transformative benefits of these practices. For those who have taken our Art of Living Mindfully (ALM) class or any other mindful classes, this continuing education course offers a beautiful compliment to what has already been learned.

More details on MSC-Short Course (MSC-SC) and MSC-Full Course (MSC-FC) theory, content and objectives available here.

The private-pay registration fee for these virtual offerings is $225+GST for the Short Course and $495+GST for the Full Course.

This offering is open to anyone aged 18+ with an interest in learning these invaluable skills.

NOTE: this offering is strictly private registration and no referral is required.

We anticipate these offerings to be just as popular as our previous MSC offerings and to fill just as quickly, so if you or someone you know, is interested in participating in this offering at BCalm, please register below

This Full Course requires the separate purchase of  “The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook” by Neff/Germer
