Mindful Self Compassion

BCALM is proud to partner with Lisa Baylis M.Ed to offer

Mindful Self Compassion Short-Course!

Self compassion entails being warm and understanding toward ourselves when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.  Mindful Self Compassion is an evidence based course, developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, that invites participants to cultivate these qualities of self care through discussion, connection and experiential practices. More details available here.

This 6 week e-course will be offered virtually over Zoom on Wednesdays from April 20-May 25 2022 between 1930-2030.

The registration fee is $185 and this offering is open to anyone aged 18+ with an interest in learning these invaluable skills.

For those who have taken our Art of Living Mindfully (ALM) class or Community Art of Living Mindfully (CALM), or any other mindful classes, this Mindful Self-Compassion course offers a beautiful compliment to what has already been learned.  However, no formal meditation experience is necessary to register and learn to embody the transformative benefits of these practices.

If you find the class is full and wish to be on the “stand-by” list in case a seat opens up, please send us an email: info@bcalm.ca

We anticipate this offering to be just as popular as our previous MSC offerings and to fill just as quickly, so if you or someone you know, is interested in participating in this offering at BCALM, please register here.
