MINDFULLY EXPLORING EMOTIONS- A Mindfulness Short Course

Using mindfulness principles and skills, Dr Trish Snozyk will skillfully guide you through exploring how to live with emotions in a way that makes them accessible, useful and even enjoyable rather than just annoying or overwhelming.

You must have successfully participated in the Art of Living Mindfully class in order to register in this mindfulness based course.

Having a regular meditation practice coming into the course is ideal but not required.

Participation, both in class and between sessions will ensure the most effective result for participants.

You can expect:

  • 90-minute virtual sessions once weekly for 4 weeks
  • Meditation practice will be part of each session
  • Participation is expected in a check in like forum each week
  • Handouts and home practice assignments
