Mornings of Mindfulness-

Calming our hearts and minds in times of turmoil.

There is so much change happening in our lives and in the world. Some of us are experiencing crises personally or in our families. Climate change and the world events leave us feeling afraid and helpless. We have endured the stress and uncertainty of Covid for years. If you are feeling weary, down trodden and are looking for a calm port in the storm of your life, consider this morning of mindfulness as a gift to yourself: an act of self-care of filling your cup and building resilience.

This mini-retreat is skillfully designed to help you move from stress and overwhelm to regaining your center of calm strength.

With guided and silent meditations, body awareness practices and breathing exercises you will shift from stress and overwhelm to discovering the depth and silence of your being. Settle deeper into yourself and feel a sense of ease and peace. If you haven’t been meditating, not to worry, this morning can be a great way to kick start or reboot your practice.

In addition, gathering together with like-minded individuals is a powerful resource. With facilitated discussion we share our collective wisdom; we realize we are not alone and find solidarity and strength.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and grounded.
