An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 15, 2023


This 6 week virtual short course is available to any one 18+ wishing to learn how to be warm and understanding toward themselves when they suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.

The course runs every Thursday evening from May 11-Jun 15  between 1930-2030
