An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until February 8, 2023
This 6 week virtual short course is available to any one 18+ wishing to learn how to be warm and understanding toward themselves when they suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.
The course runs every Wednesday morning from 0900-1000 between January 4 and February 8 2023
