Mindfulness Days
In order to stay connected through our collective practices, we continue to offer electronic Mindfulness Day gatherings.
The purpose of Mindfulness Mornings are to rekindle and deepen our practice in mindfulness and meditation by providing a regular, ‘mini-retreat’ opportunity for graduates of BCALM classes and programs and anyone else interested in reconnecting with their meditation practice.
These electronic gatherings are a great way to “kick start” your practice again and are important to connect with like minded individuals
Each Mindfulness Day will offer guided and silent sitting meditations, walking meditation, and a facilitator-led interactive discussion that is relevant to our continued practice.
We will be practicing mindful eating. PLEASE HAVE A SMALL SNACK AND A BEVERAGE HANDY.
The fee for this event is $45 and we are pleased to announce the next gathering is:
