The 3rd Annual BC Mindfulness Summit

Meeting Your Edge: Navigating Fear and Uncertainty

with Compassion, Acceptance and Joy

We’re pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual BC Mindfulness Summit will take place during the weekend of April 29 – May 1 2022.

New this year, the Summit will be delivered in a blended model meaning learning events will be either virtual or in-person depending on the topic and audience.

The weekend virtual event is open to all community members and professionals who want to develop and enrich their personal and professional mindfulness practices.

An additional in-person learning opportunity has been added as Pre-Summit and Post-Summit on-campus events for a professional audience that offers mindfulness and self-compassion facilitation in their professional work.

We have gathered an incredible group of presenters offering wisdom and practical skills for participants to use in their everyday lives.

We recently had the opportunity to have conversations with  some of this year’s speakers, to ask a few questions about their professions, interests and much more.

You can learn more about each presenter by clicking on their name!

We hope to see you at the virtual Summit or at the in-person Pre-Summit and Post-Summit events that are specifically designed for people offering mindfulness and self-compassion facilitation in schools, health care settings and in their community.
