In partnership with UVic Continuing Studies, we are very pleased to announce the
2nd Annual BC Mindfulness Summit
will take place virtually on the weekend of
June 4 to 6, 2021.
The theme of this year’s program is Mindfulness and Self Compassion in a Time of Pandemic.
This virtual event is open to all community members and health professionals who want to develop and enrich their personal and professional mindfulness practices. We have gathered an incredible group of presenters for the weekend offering wisdom and practical skills for participants to use in their everyday lives.
While the Saturday and Sunday presentations and workshops are open to anyone interested in learning these skills, the Friday evening workshop is specifically tailored to people offering mindfulness and self-compassion facilitation in schools, health care settings and in the community.
