An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 11, 2025
This 6 week virtual short course is available to any one 18+ wishing to learn how to be warm and understanding toward themselves when they suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.
The course runs every TUESDAY AFTERNOON from February 4-March 11 from 1300-1400 PST
