This 8 week virtual short course is available to any one 18+ wishing to learn how to be warm and understanding toward themselves when they suffer, fail, or feel inadequate.
The course runs every TUESDAY EVENING from October 8-November 26 between 1800-2030 PLUS a 4 hour retreat Saturday November 9 between 0900-1300
