Our trained facilitators offer presentations, workshops and full courses in mindfulness based stress management both publicly and privately.

Our team offers Art of Living Mindfully 8 session classes regularly throughout the year for patients with stress related physical and mental health challenges, who are referred by a physician. (See our FAQ for more info).

In addition we offer one time presentations, half day to full day workshops and 8 session classes in Mindfulness Based Stress Management for organizations, corporations and non profits. For more information please see our listed offerings on the left of this page.
